Include some broader trust store, e.g. from https://ssltest.security.fail/trust / https://github.com/BenBE/ssltest/tree/master/trusts for better OS coverage.

P.S.: Feedback for missing certs in that trust store is welcome.

Thanks for the pointer - I'll take a look at this. Ideally, whatsmychaincert should ask you what clients you want to support, take the intersection of their trust stores, and then find a chain rooted in this intersection.
