could you please share me with the seal code v2.3.1 ,it is not available now.

I see.. that is quite unfortunate indeed. Can you try to run it with the oldest SEAL release that is still available? https://github.com/microsoft/SEAL/releases/tag/v3.1.0 Maybe it still works without needing much adjustment

Thank you very much for your response. I have tested SEAL v3.1.0, which lacks many methods used in MiniONN but only provided by v2.3.1, such as PolyCRTBuilder etc.
