Collection view layout is not invalidated when "reloadData" is called

Description of the problem

We introduced a PosterImages user default setting (default, force, ignore).

Instead for creating new view controllers, we could call the "reloadData" on the page and section collection views.

After the reloads, the show cells are correctly resigned, but the section layout height is not adapted. If the invalidated layout is correctly executed, the UI should be correct
