Update Material tabs?

Material tabs we were using (MDCTabBar) have been replaced with a new class (MDCTabBarView) starting with version 119.0.0.

I am not sure the new version supports all features we were using (most notably content centering), so an update requires some work. How images and texts are managed is also a questions for accessibility purposes.

For the moment I have fixed the version to 118.2.0.

The library will be discontinued, as Google is embracing iOS native components (a good move). See this Twitter feed for more information.

We have removed the use of the tabs for topic sections with the introduction of PAC. Once the new radio homepage is delivered by PAC we'll do the same with the radio homepage channel tabs, at which point we'll be able to remove this component entirely.
