Add VoiceOver actions

Context menus are accessible via VoiceOver, but there also exists a concept of actions, use for example in Mail. Moreover, some actions (e.g. swipe to delete) could also be made accessible in this manner.

Actions can be enabled with the rotor menu, then accessed by swiping up or down.
