Improve VoiceControl support

VoiceControl uses accessibility labels. While this works for most buttons for which our labels are already short, this does not really work for content cells.

This can be improved for iOS 13 users, especially if users are using item names and not numbers as overlay, see the following article.

We should also ensure that player controls are not toggled off when VoiceControl is active.
