AirPlay issue: MP3 livestream stuck at startup if AirPlay enabled before playback

Description of the problem

When AirPlay is enabled before playback of an MP3 livestream, playback never starts and the player spins indefinitely.

Remarks:

• This is likely a bug to report to Apple:
• If AirPlay is enabled afterwards or if the MP3 is an AOD the issue does not arise.
• AirPlay sometimes does not work either when chaining HLS to MP3 content in a playlist. The two issues are likely related.
