Add analog, digital electronics and PCB design content

As discussed, basic concepts are to be added from the following sections

• Analog: Buck, Boost Converters, Filters, Basics of RLC, Timer circuits, diodes, MOSFETS, BJT, H-Bridge Circuits
• PCB Design: Basics and Advanced covering concepts but not limited to via stitching,
• Anything relevant may be added

• [ ] Decide the week-wise content and post the schedule here.
• [ ] Assign each week/weeks updation to some TY
• [ ] Respective assigned person to work on adding content for the xth week.
• [ ] Include videos, references, and GIFs to make concepts more understandable to SYs.
• [ ] Include relevant tasks/assignments with hardware based on the same.

Picking up the task of hardware-based analog assignments along with @Premraj02. Starting with the week 1 assignment, the measuring instruments (Multimeter, Oscilloscope) and soldering stuff will be brought together. @ChinmayLonkar will be looking with PCB designing. We'll upload the planned analog assignments soon.
