Updated line-following code wrt TCRT sensors

This PR includes the updation of the line following task with accommodation of the 5th line sensor array which has been recently introduced in the WallE bot for line following using the tcrt sensors. This updation includes line following task using tcrt sensors which returns a range from 0-4095.
