[FEATURE] Adept Power Item Sheet Improvements

Describe the solution you'd like Replace "PP" with "Power Point" - there's no need to abbreviate here.

Add a field to control the type. It currently displays in some places (see https://github.com/SR5-FoundryVTT/SR5-FoundryVTT/issues/973 for related), but has no way in the UI to configure it.
