[FEATURE] Cyberdeck Max Programs Attribute

It would be useful to have a data structure for defining how many programs a Cyberdeck can have. Currently it appears that a default Cyberdeck item can run two simultaneous programs, which is not accurate to the rules.

While in the core rulebook the # of programs is equal to the device rating, this may not always be the case with all devices.

From a UI perspective, this attribute could go on the Matrix tab of the item, rather than add a non-standard item to the list of attributes under Description (if that makes sense)

I'm not sure where you're seeing any sort of restriction at all?

If this is implemented, it also needs to take into account things like the Datajack Plus and the Multiprogram Operating System add-ons, perhaps via Active Effects.
