[Spreadsheet] null-string and empty cells in Spreadsheets

fx:null-string "" does not seem to work with spreadsheets.

I just developed a test and it seems to work fine now, probably the code evolved in the right direction since the property is enforced in the graph builder, independently from the triplifier.
