[LSMC] Add chirurgical mask & doctor's coats

In which category does your improvement fall?

Explain the current situation that you do not think is right.

Currently there's no chirurgical mask nor doctor's coats, which could be used to improve immersion and roleplay possibilities.

How is the improvement you propose?

The addition of 3 clothes items:

• The (chirurgical) mask: can be used as a separate item, that can protect the wearer from small diseases for an amount of time. After this, it will be converted as an used chirurgical mask that won't protect anymore. Could be recycled by Bluebird, could be produced by PAWL (from papers)
• The white lab coat: used for the doctor's that are working inside the LSMC, should be used outside the hospital and will help immersion with the stethoscope. The coat is compatible with the current winter outfit and would replace the jacket.
• The chirurgical coat: used when operating a patient, will help immersion, even more with the chirurgical mask (might not be an item for this outfit)

Pull request could be done easily if this issue is accepted.

• The mask is from the Emergency Uniforms Pack we use for some clothes like the patient one (1:34 on their official video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obDJFixKBjo)
