S2S_Revision of the ' share request details ' window

Problem Description

Currently the 'share request details' window has an unattractive surface and is filled with little information.

Proposed Change

• With implementing this Issue the 'share request details' window should be the only place where a share can be accepted or rejected. This was designed because an informed decision on whether a share is relevant or not can only be made by reviewing all the relevant data of the submission.
• The structure and visibility of fields in the preview should depend on the different combinations of the handover. For example, whether it is a case or a contact or whether it is transferred with or without personal data.
• The share request preview looks always the same in source and target system (the only difference are the "accept and reject" buttons).
• The share request preview will be updated depending on the status of the share request.
• The share request preview window opens if you are in the share directory and clicks on the eye button.
• The share request preview and the whole share request is not visible in target system anymore if the target system rejects the share request due to data protection. In the source system the rejected share request is still visible + the comment of the target system why they rejected + "edited by, edited on" and so on.

Examples: 1.1 share request details window of case with personal data BEFORE target system accepts in target system

1.2 share request details window of case with personal data BEFORE target system accepts in source system (source system can not accept or reject or enter a comment)

2. share request details window of case with personal data AFTER target system accepts in target system AND source system

3. share request details window of case with 'exclude personal data' in target system (notice_1: In the future personal data and sensitive date will be merged, so there will be more fields which has to be marked as 'confidential' notice_2: in the source system the fields are also named as 'confidential',- if the user opens the case/contact - there the user can see the fields written out)

Abbrechen	Break off	By click or double click the pop-up window closes and the share directory is visible again. If it is possible to implement, the share directory is displayed in such a way that the currently open share request is still visible.
Ablehnen	Reject	Button only appears in target system as long as case/contact has the status pending . The button reject can only be clicked if a comment was made bevor. If no comment was made an error message appears: 'Please add a comment, so the source system knows why you rejected the case'. If a comment was made and if the button is clicked or double clicked the pop-up window closes and the share directory is visible. The share request is not visible anymore in the target system due to data protection reasons. In the source system the outgoing share request is visible and also the comment made by source system (example picture 2)
Annehmen	Accept	Button only appears in target system as long as case/contact has the status pending . The button accept can only be clicked if a comment was made bevor. If no comment was made an error message appears: 'Please add a comment, so the source system knows why you accepted the case'. If a comment was made and if the button is clicked or double clicked the pop-up window closes and the share directory is visible. If it is possible to implement, the share directory is displayed in such a way that the currently open share request is still visible. The next time the user clicks on the eye in the share directory the button 'accept' and the button 'reject' are not visible anymore. The status of the share request is now 'accepted' so now a new button is visible Fall öffnen / Open case
Fall öffnen OR Kontakt öffnen	Open case OR Open contact	Name of button depends on whether the share request is a contact or case. Button only appears after case/ contact is accepted in target system. In the source system this button is always there (because the source system does not have the authorisation to accept or reject a case/ contact). The place of the button is where the button 'accept' was bevor. By click or double click the accepted case/ contact of the share request opens.

Additional Information

On picture 4 you can see how the share request details window should be if a contact is shared. Here the differences:

• Of course the information generated should be pulled out of the contact (not the case)
• Instead of 'Person' the second blue headline is 'Kontaktperson' / 'Contact person' and the information is pulled out of the person of the contact
• Instead of 'Fall' the third blue headline is 'Kontakt' and the information is pulled out of the contact. Here the description:
