Feature Description

To enable users to see at a glance whether a displayed case/contact is their own (hand over the ownership=true, case/contact is editable) or only "to view" (no hand over the ownership), colour markings should be implemented in the case directory and contact directory.

Proposed Change

• [ ] case directory: cases "to view" (no hand over the ownership) are shown in grey in the list.
• [ ] contact directory: contacts "to view" (no hand over the ownership) are shown in grey in the list.
• [ ] case tab contacts: contacts "to view" (no hand over the ownership) are shown in grey in the list.
