Problem Description

In Action directory the checks should be done based on the existent Action related userrights: ACTION_CREATE ACTION_DELETE ACTION_EDIT

Proposed Change

• In Action directory the checks should be done based on the existent Action related userrights not based on EVENT related userrights ( as it is now) - check all the actions related to this directory and the needed userrights -The relevance status filter should contain: Active actions, Deleted actions ( If archived actions are also necessary, a new userright ACTION_ARCHIVE should be added)

Added Value/Benefit

• The Actions directory will work correctly based on the required action related rights (ACTION_CREATE, ACTION_DELETE, ACTION_EDIT).

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Action related userrights will be used for different checks in this directory
• [ ] Relevance status filter will be adjusted
