Create documentation (wiki) how to use Self Reporting

Problem Description

With the new Self-Reporting Module, we have to tell users how to use it. With a proper documentation in the wiki, that explains how to set it up (feature configuration), import/export data, process messages and delete self-reported messages this will do the job.

Proposed Solution

• [x] Test the self reporting import and provide a valid template import file

• [ ] Add a new section in the wiki for self-reporting that can be used by the SORMAS Foundation to add a new chapter in the SORMAS manual
