Re-enable the option to choose the 'Case origin' when creating cases while the 'Hide jurisdiction fields' is enabled
Problem Description
If the 'Hide jurisdiction fields' feature is enabled, the users no longer have the option to create point of entry cases, as the toggle for 'Case origin' - In country/Point of entry is no longer displayed.
Proposed Change
Re-enable the toggle for 'Case origin' - In country/Point of entry when the Hide jurisdiction fields feature is enabled.
Added Value/Benefit
Creation of point of entry cases is no longer limited.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] the toggle to choose the case origin should appear and be usable in case creation forms regardless of whether the hide jurisdiction fields feature is enabled or not;
- [ ] for the point of entry details section of the case create form, it should be displayed and behave the same as it is in the 'Create new travel entry' form while the hide jurisdiction fields is enabled - the user should see the 'Point of entry' heading of the section, the 'Point of entry' dropdown, the 'Point of entry details' if other options are selected in the point of entry dropdown;
- [ ] the 'Point of entry' dropdown should be filed with the regular 'Other values' and with the points of entry that are created in infrastructure within the default region, district and/or community;
- [ ] the option for 'Point of entry jurisdiction differs from the responsible jurisdiction' should not be displayed if the hide jurisdiction feature is enabled.
