Custom close reason is persistent

I typed in a custom close reason, but then backed out and decided to close as "needs details" instead. When I clicked the Cv-pls link, the custom close reason was prefilled in the box, instead of the close reason I actually used.

I have not been able to duplicate this issue. I'm unsure what actions you took to cause this and/or if it's still an issue. The Request Generator getting the custom reason text should only happen if the custom reason is selected when the close-popup is submitted.

If this is still an issue, please provide more detail as to what actions you took that resulted in this happening, so we can duplicate the problem.
