Remove last newlines in a post with Magic Editor

Could it be possible to remove all unneeded newlines from the post?

These are:

• all the newlines from the end.
• the following:

Test1
                              <---- needed!
                              <---- unneded
                              <---- unneded
Test2

That's because new users put lots of nelines in their posts making them hard to maintain.
