best path for a prefix ?

Is there currently a way to query (via REST or a sql query ) the router's best path for a specific prefix ? I see this mentioned in https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-grow-bmp-local-rib-02 but not sure if any vendors are implementing this yet.
