I'm not sure why a formula is needed if the fixes exist and are merged for 1.3 compatibility.

If it's not a stable release it should not be in Homebrew either way.

Is there a download link on the homepage for ARM?
If that's the same as we download you should contact upstream that it doesn't actually work on ARM
