Can it read the topic of rosbag in LEGO-LOAM or LIO-SAM？

I found that this code reading point cloud reads every. bin, so can it read the topic of rosbag? Can it be used in LEGO-LOAM or LIO-SAM? Can I ask you if it's convenient?

When I read kitti_raw data, I will report an error. （Ubuntu 16.04, PCL 1.8, with ROS, without CUDA）

error: no files in /media/Backup Plus/KITTI/kitti04_extract/2011_09_30/2011_09_30_drive_0016_extract/velodyne_points/data error: failed to load /media/Backup Plus/KITTI/kitti04_extract/2011_09_30/2011_09_30_drive_0016_extract/velodyne_points/data/ 0.bin

Shouldn't I use kitti_raw data set?
