Confusion matrix code

Hi Sean!

Currently i am working with your FSCT script applying it to my study plots and, for the moment i am getting good results. To optimise the process, I would also like to build a confusion matrix to check how the process is going. Could you provide the confusion matrix script?

Hi Rodrigo,

From memory, I think I adapted one of the scikit learn or scipy modules to generate that. I need to update and add my testing scripts too, so I can add both together when I get to it.

I'm a bit flat out currently, and I haven't had much time to put into FSCT this year so far, but I'll do a bit of a coding spree on it sometime in the nearish future and add those things in.

I'll leave this open until I get to it.
