Video playing but no screen visibile

Hi New day and new challange.

We are trying to play video in HTML page. On iOS there is no problem, but Android have sound playing but screen is no changing. Maybe something similiar to https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/64735/video-not-playing

Can You verify and maybe fix? Guess library would be better with it :)

Also swype up (scroll down) is not working properly on Android. Its reloading page(snap to top of page). Its for normal pages. Drag scroll is working properly just swype is not working good

We had set webView.SetLayerType(LayerType.Software, null); Issue to be closed.
