Support for Thread

Recently, many IoT devices supporting Thread protocol is launched on market. (ex. Nest smart home devices) Thread protocol is also one of the P2P communication methods and its objective is low-power and secure communications. Those devices may require both Zigbee and Wi-fi direct for supporting various IoT applications. In this reason, I propose selective-connection's support for Thread protocol.
