SD2Vita "To use this memory card..." bug

Hiya! I recently switched from StorageMgr to YAMT and I followed the process to uninstall StorageMgr and installing YAMT, but upon me doing so I caught a weird bug.

Everytime the Vita goes to sleep mode, when I wake it up, it shows "To use the memory card, you must restart this system". Pressing yes will restart the system and it'll happen again, pressing no makes the system continue like normal but it'll happen again.

I tried reseating the card and referring to a smiliar issue (https://github.com/SKGleba/yamt-vita/issues/17) of changing the uma0 settings in custom partitions but to no avail. I have zero idea how to solve it.

Here are the specs if it helps:

  • PS Vita 1000 3G, Enso 3.65
  • SanDisk Ultra 128GB with an SD2Vita adapter
  • YAMT 4.0
