Systemd metadata timestamp in changelog is incorrect

In #160 we added support for an automated changelog and included the systemd commit hash and date in the change log. Unfortunately if an old commit becomes the root the date is very wrong.

We could (should) probably use the latest commit date as it would be more stable.
