I read your code know that this parameter is used to scale the differences between (target_bboxes and anchors) Why do you have to scale the differences? Could you give me some references?

我认为是由于：roi pooling那一步，roi坐标归一化的过程中，除以的是原始图像的尺寸，而不是当前roi所在的金字塔特征的尺寸
