Add a strength slider to the Erosion Tool

Problem

Currently all presets of the erosion tool (like “smooth”) are locked to level 1.

Proposed Solution

Add a strength slider like the other brushes have so that all 5 presets of the erosion tool are configurable for strength. This would be monumental for terraforming
