Cant break block when using stacker tool

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behaviour

So when you are creating a stacker tool and tap on blocks you are not able to break those blocks, Only way to kinda fix it is to leave the world and rejoin.

Steps to reproduce

Click on the config button Click on tools Create new tool Create stacker tool (with mask on air) Tap on a block Try to break it Screenshot_20221228_143532_Minecraft

I can't reproduce this issue on Windows. I'll try on mobile later.
