Automatically increment media port number

Allright, in 3.7.0 variable [auto_media_port] has been removed. With [media_port] SIPP does not change the media port number for every call.

Any workaround?

Looks like [rtpstream_audio_port] works as a workaround, even though on 3.6 it says it was dropped, is still working on 3.7+
