Has anything like PR 330 (Allow rtp_stream to use a keyword value) been implemented?

Idea is to be able to use a command line parameter or csv file to pass the pcap file name into the xml scenario. If it's been implemented, how is it used? I'm guessing at things but without success, so either it's not supported or I'm doing it wrong.
