Support for G722 and G722.1 codecs

Right now it supports ULAW,ALAW and G729. Is it possible to extend to other codecs like G722 and G722.1

AFAIK SIPp is codec-agnostic.

https://sourceforge.net/p/sipp/patches/62/ rtp_playload may be set to 0 (PCMU), 8 (PCMA) or 18 (G729) and can be overrided from the scenario.
