[Bug] Monitor errors

Describe the bug

Hi, when switching to AMD Eyefinity Mode (= Surround), SimHub throws some errors. I assume this is because of the screen capture / ambient light capture expects 3 monitors but can only can findone. Would it be possible to save the monitor setup in the game profiles, so that SimHub knows which monitors are available per game?

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup ambient lights for triple screen
2. switch to eyefinity / surround mode

Expected behavior

• no errors? ^^
