SimHub [Bug] Some bass shakers effects work only after i swap profiles

Describe the bug

if i start assetto corsa(or any) for example which has its own profile (as the other games) that automatically starts, engine vibration, or gear shift works but other custom effects won't work

so what i do while in game, is select a different profile from another game and then i select the assetto corsa profile and everything works just fine

i have this problem for a while now, with other versions of simhub too, weird thing is, this only happens sometimes

don't know if it helps, but in this pic u can see that the vu-meter thing near the custom effect slider shows half way activated but inside the effects itself there is nothing displayed

Steps to reproduce

while in assetto corsa game, i select a different profile from another game and then i select the assetto corsa profile and everything works just fine
