[Telemetry settings] Add Console IP settings for other games like in Gran Turismo

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add setting for provide Console IP address similar to settings in Gran Turismo for following games: Assetto Corsa Competizione Codemasters Dirt series Codemasters Grid series Codemasters F1 20xx series WRC Generations EA WRC .....

Describe the solution you'd like I'm playing PS4 and running SimHub on PC where I have connected bass shakers. This setup is working only with Gran Turismo only because only Gran Turismo has Console IP settings. Adding Console IP address allow more games to benefit from SimHub.

Describe alternatives you've considered A general Console IP setting for all games would be nice.

The console IP only exists on gran turismo because it specifically needs to be initiated with a message from the computer to the console.
