Thanks for the logs,

In the last one with an LMU mention I can see the game correctly connecting, But the screen seems to be failing every time. This could be related to a different torque in the wheel causing emis, if you don't have issues with iracing (and I confirm it does not happen here based on the logs), But with LMU the USB communication is crashing, it's really likely to be some EMIs acting (they will get strongly influenced by different FFB "style").

I would recommend to check this guide : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/USB-Issues-Troubleshooting

I understand this might look counter intuitive, but the shape and the force of the FFB signal can make a huge difference to all the other usb devices around.

The Screen Failing was the USB Cable between the Wheel PCB and the Screen it self, because i had the "problem" that the screen freezed for 1 sec in iRacing too. But everyy time it came back on right away. Changed the USB Cable now and since then i had no disconnect from the sreen anymore.

Only thing i forgot to say is i tried tinypedal and i also can´t get any informations there. Or if i try and run the overlay from Simhub on my normal screen with my other wheel (GSI X-29) which has no screen at all it also doesn´t work.

But i will try the USB Troubleshooting guid and see if it helps.

Image Logfile From LMU itself.

It looks like the Plugin is somehow not working right, or to be more exact it can not be loaded.

But nothing i found here or in the LMU Forum helped in my case, or maybe i´m to stupid for this.

Hi ! Thanks for the extra informations, when such issues happens it's often just a corruption or uninstall of VC++ 2013 requirements.

You can download the microsoft installer here :

  • Or take the link directly on the official page : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 , Visual Studio 2013 (VC++ 12.0) x64 version )

During the setup choose "repair", and make sure to reboot the computer. If it's a simple dependency corruption it should be enough

Hi Nicolas,

so i tried Repairing first and rebooted the System after this, sadly it didn't help. I also tried and Uninstalled everything and Installed it fresh but still not working.

In a Replay from a friend of mine it´s working fine but not from the Game.

And i still have the problem that the Plugin doesn´t Load as in the Pictures from my Post before.

Hy Nicolas,

tried a couple of things.

As you can see in the Images The LMU_SharedMemoryPlugin loads just Fine but not the RF2 one.

Also when i configure the Game Via SimHub the CustomPluginVariables.JSON gets put in The Plugins Folder from SimHub and not in the Player Folder under UserData. ( Picture is Linked above )

Hope for an Answer, Sebastian
