Simhub version Make sure to run the latest version
Third party plugins Make sure to disable first any third party plugins (It's a critical step before reporting any freeze/performance/crash issues, see https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/SimHub-Troubleshootings#disabling-any-third-party-plugin)

Log files Join log files available in C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\Logs . Join simhub.txt (current/last execution), simbub.1.txt (previous) , simbub.2.txt ...
Note : Bug reports not joining proper log files won't be processed (Never join logs screenshots/photos/extracts, please exclusively join complete logs files).

Getting site can't be reached - 192.168.40.35:888 is unreachable. I've tried everything in the help section and nothing works it worked before the simhub update...

The url you are using is incomplete : 192.168.40.35:888 should be 192.168.40.35:8888 . Can you confirm also you have access from your computer to the address as shown here ? https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Troubleshoot-Dashstudio-Web-access#check-is-simhub-server-is-running
Can you also join the log files ?

Sorry should have been 4 8s not 3. and should have given more info.. The problem is with my tablet and ph. I can access the Dash board on my pc no issues but can't on my ph or my tablet I'm Getting site can't be reached . And like i said i tried everything and nothing is working....
