[Feature request] Add new NCalc / JS function getopponentleaderboardposition.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Two JS functions already exist, driverclassposition provides a position in class for a given leaderboard position and getopponentleaderboardposition_playerclassonly provides a leaderboard position for a given position in class.

A similar function driverposition provides a position overall for a given leaderboard position, but a corresponding function to get a leaderboard position for a given position overall does not exist.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see a new function created.
