DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: dlrs__UniqueName__c duplicates value on record with id:

Hello I have created a new, metadata type rollup yesterday, calculated it, it worked fine, so I have scheduled it overnight to run at 2AM. At 11PM got an error:

dlrs_OpportunityTrigger : dlrs_OpportunityTrigger: execution of AfterUpdate caused by: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: dlrs__UniqueName__c duplicates value on record with id: a0t4H00000tA3hy: []

ID is the id of the shadow, data type rollup that has been automatically created after I created the metadata type. Why the shadow record has the same unique name? Is changing the unique name in any of these rollups recommended? Thanks in advance.
