Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Allow Organization-Wide Addresses to have a more restrictive permission than All Profiles and still send SEA Emails. With the ability to now permission Org Wide Email addresses by Permission Sets, we can be more targeted with who has access to the email, but for SEA emails to properly work, we need to open all access which some user groups do not want.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow Email addresses to be called out in a custom SEA Permission Set.
