Ability to configure Address field labels.

Users noticed that when registering, it says "Registrant City" while Registrant is not present on other address fields like Street, Street Line 2, Country, Postal Code and State/Province. The fields should be uniform in presentation and begs that the field labels are editable along with the other fields with the release.
