[FEATURE] Field to document email purpose

Have you shared this feature idea request in the Trailblazer Community? Since I'm not sure how many people are using it yet, I did not. :-)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a nice to have but not critical. Although it is somewhat obvious because you are choosing a Status related to the email, it would be nice to have a backend field for describing the email purpose.
