[BUG] - Unable to edit a checkbox field as an additional guest question.

Describe the bug I created a checkbox question as an additional question, but when I saw the question in the form, I was unable to check a box or give any type of response.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a SEA Question record with the Question Field Type of Checkbox. Mapped the field to a checkbox field in the SEA package, Display_Attendance_Publicly__c.
2. Updated the Summit Events Registrant Permission Set to allow editing to Display Attendance Publicly field.
3. Went to the Summit Event Instance to Register.
4. Unable to check a box or answer the question at all.

Expected behavior Expected to be able to check a box to answer the question.

I just tried mapping a picklist field to a checkbox field and it worked with values of TRUE and FALSE.

@walt0019 Running through bugs and seeing that this is still an issue (literally). Is the checkbox more of a UI experience in your mind or is it providing additional aspects to other items?

Thinking that a picklist with "yes" or "no" would be a valid path, even being able to default a specific value. If that's the case, I think we remove the checkbox option to avoid confusion and make the recommendation for true/false questions to be a simple picklist, leveraging a default selection.
