Flow Package for Main Package

Independent from the Sample Survey - create a separate pckg

  • Case Load Migration - exists in DemoOrg2
  • Create Relationship from List View/Assign to Field Worker - exists in DemoOrg2
  • One Contact List View button called, "Assign_to_Field_Worker " which is dependent on "Create Relationship from List View/Assign to Field Worker"
  • ~~Check for Existing Contact & Create Needed Records - exists in DemoOrg1~~

@eehjunggnujhee @kdveverka

Removing from the flow package that is independent from Sample Survey Check for Existing Contact & Create Needed Records - exists in DemoOrg1 (Match or Create Contact from Survey: Dependent on Sample Survey)

Potential missing functionality with Case Load Migration flow: The Flow only migrates the Field Workers and Client Relationship data. Identifying which Survey records to migrate together or Clone together with the relationship changes would be difficult to define..

Add explanation to the guide Case Load Migration Flow

Minor consideration with Create Relationships from List View flow: The flow reference the GRMS__Type__c which would contain no values from base package alone. Instruct users to add values that would match the Survey types on the guide. Create Relationships from List View

@eehjunggnujhee - That is the intention of that flow. It is reassigning them for the mobile app, which is changing that Field Worker field on the Field Worker & Client Relationship object.

@eehjunggnujhee - Are we waiting on SFDO for this or do we need to do more on it?
