EDA Object Naming Conventions

This gets a little wrapped up in a more complex issue about pulling in additional libraries, but it would be great to at least improve the naming convention used for Some of the EDA objects in /snowfakery_samples/EDA/eda_objects.yml.

Currently the departments are named via an incrementor so:

University Department 1

And academic programs are even slimmer with just:

Account 1

We can probably at least use a fake word in their names instead of the incrementor.
