@Salesforce-Em started reviewing this however I don't find a great match between the help doc (which is vast) and the video script. e.g. Exception reports would be a great video but isn't mentioned at all in the help doc. Some of the other items mentioned in the script like report types are more conceptual and would need a lot of embellishment in the script to make them understandable. Please advise?

@barbarachristensen I think the script is good, except there shouldn't be the piece of exceptions as it is not part of the help doc. I think the script covers the 'higher' level and would work with a demo, but would definitely appreciate further review. I'll move it to committee review, but it may need to come back...
