Develop guidelines for use of team's new Persistent Orgs

Two new persistent orgs have been set up for our team's usage. One is Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and the other is Education Cloud. We want to develop guidelines for use of these orgs. For example,

  • Proposed- Sample data should only be loaded into sandbox copies of the org.
  • Question- Can we use these orgs to organize our team meetings (interest/invites/rsvps/attendance)?
