Problem statement In DCAT 3, the definition of Resource.status says

The status of the resource in the context of a particular workflow process [VOCAB-ADMS].

This has been reflected in DCAT-AP 3.0, and the CatalogueRecord.changetype definition says

The status of the catalogue record in the context of editorial flow of the dataset and data service descriptions.

GeoDCAT-AP 2.0.0 says in the usage note

This property refers to the type of the latest revision of a Catalogue Record.

Proposal Align with DCAT-AP 3.0 and re-use
